We want you to experience the world in full color with complete confidence. If your EnChroma glasses do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Glasses
Place the glasses, original hard case, and cleaning cloth securely back into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
